To receive your certification, you must successfully complete both the online and in-person components. The online portion must be fully completed before attending your in-class session.
Your progress will be saved if you exit the online course at any time. Please note that participants will not be permitted to attend the classroom session with an incomplete online component. You are required to bring a digital or printed copy of your online completion certificate for verification.
If you need to reschedule your in-class session, we do require 7 days notice. Our standard cancellation and rescheduling policies will apply for any change made less than 7 days.
